       1. Approval of Republic Act 9072 dated April 03, 2001
       2. Approval of the IRR of the Cave Act on 07 July 2003
       3. Conducted enhancement and reorientation of caving skills for the field implementors on May 13-21, 2003 in Tuguegarao, Cagayan
       

4. Drafted the following guidelines:
               a. Cave Classification Guidelines and Manual
b. Treasure Hunting in Caves
c. Establishing the Cave Mgt, Protection and Conservation Program and providing funds thereof
d. Edible Bird's Nest Collection in Caves
       5. Conducted 5th National Caving Congress
         6. Reproduced and distributed copies of RA 9072 and DAO 29-2003 and other relevant policies
         7. Linked with Phil. Speleological Society Inc., organizer of the 5th National Caving Congress held in April 2005 in Duba, Cagayan. New techniques/approaches (like use of "ladder" in ascending/descending caves, dye tracing, software on cave mapping) in managing caves
