Capacitating PAWB Personnel on Disaster Preparedness |

On July 3-4, 2012, fifteen (15) female and sixteen (16) male employees of PAWB graduated from the First Aid Orientation Course conducted by the Public Safety Staff of the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA). This is the 2nd Module on disaster preparedness conducted in the Bureau, the first one was the Earthquake, Landslide, Search and Rescue Orientation Course (ELSAROC). The above training programs are part of the Protected Areas and Wildlife Bureau – Gender and Development (PAWB-GAD) initiatives for CY 2012 intended to prepare the women and men employees in cases of disasters and calamities.
