Human Activities Upland Farming is as not as prevalent compared to Mountain Province or Benguet
Threats High demand for fuel wood in Ilocos Norte has led to serious degradation of remaining forest stands. Collection of forest products and hunting are problems in the proposed Natural Park with some encroachment into the forests for kaingin.
